Sustainability, Social and ESG Engagement
CLEAR engagement exists to deliver real, sustainable, social and environmental change for people, communities and businesses.
Delivering Real Change
CLEAR engagement exists to deliver real, sustainable, social and environmental change for people, communities and businesses.
Our founders saw social value being treated as a box-ticking exercise, with many businesses/project teams talking a good game but, lacking experience, they weren’t creating the meaningful impact they wanted.
We are more than a consultancy. CLEAR engagement will be the team-mates, supporters, advisers and allies to enable you to achieve effective community impact.
Our team doesn’t just stand on the side-lines directing, we roll up our sleeves and get involved. We learn how you work, applying our expertise to ensure your social value and sustainability targets become a reality, and that your impact is positive and deliberate.

What we do
We can achieve your social value and sustainability goals by helping you:
- Create strategies and implement them.
- Generate bids that go far beyond the win.
- Deliver projects effectively and sustainably.
- Positively impact the community you live and work in.
- Stakeholder and communication management.
- Measure and report your progress effectively.

What is social value?
When we work with our clients on social value we always try to stay focused on social (people and community) and environmental (place).
The ten principles that come under these two areas ensure the best possible impact on people, community and place. We believe a successful project should aim to address these principles in relation to the specific needs of the local community you work in.
